GridBridge Sourcing Terms of Service

These terms cover use of the GridBridge Sourcing website and the act of sending a building procurement brief. They do not create a construction contract, a dealership, or a sale of any named brand.

Role of the desk

GridBridge Sourcing is an independent sourcing service. It collects a written description of use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination, and scope, then asks factories for quotations on alternative steel buildings. It does not claim authorized dealer status. It does not manufacture frames and it does not accept the building for the buyer.

Quotations are supplier documents

Any price, lead time, drawing, or certificate comes from the supplier who issues it and applies only to the system that supplier names. A figure on this website, if one is ever shown as an example of a line item, is not an offer. Shell, freight, foundation, and installation must stay distinct in the supplier answer.

Buyer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the brief, for the engineer who checks design criteria, and for permits with the authority having jurisdiction. Optional budget and supplier-preference notes are buyer instructions. They are not a verified ranking of factories.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful content, do not present this site as a brand headquarters, and do not scrape the pages to impersonate the desk. The site may change as the sourcing checklist is corrected. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Comparisons stay labeled

Method notes about volumetric modules, panelized assemblies, foldable units, and rigid frames are explanations of what to ask. They are not a statement that every method can be quoted for every span. If a clear span, hangar door, or crane runway makes one method unsuitable, the brief should say so rather than force a single blended total.

Liability boundary

To the extent the law allows, GridBridge Sourcing is not liable for a supplier error, a code rejection, a freight delay, or a decision the buyer team makes from a comparison sheet. Nothing here removes liability that cannot legally be limited.
