GridBridge Sourcing Privacy Policy

This policy describes the project information GridBridge Sourcing receives when a business buyer asks for factory quotations on alternative steel buildings. It is written for the form on this website.

Information you submit

The form asks for a contact name, work email, optional phone, company, and a requirement note. That note should contain building use, dimensions, design criteria, quantity, destination, timing, and scope. If JavaScript is available, an optional budget, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis, product interest, and supplier preference are appended to the same requirement field at the moment of submit. Those extra controls are not separate stored columns in this integration.

Why it is used

The desk uses the note to ask suppliers for quotations and to reply to the work email you provided. It is not sold as a marketing list. A supplier who receives the brief needs enough technical detail to answer, so the specification text may be forwarded for that purpose.

What this form does not collect

There is no account password, no payment card field, and no file upload. Do not place secrets or personal data about private individuals in the building description. Project location should be the level needed for freight and code, not an unrelated home address.

Retention and access

Briefs are kept long enough to compare quotations and to answer follow-up questions about the same scope. You may ask, from the same work email, what was submitted and whether a supplier was copied. Messages are not used to rebuild a public testimonial.

Sharing limits

Supplier copies of a brief should contain the technical scope needed for a quotation. Contact details are included so the supplier can address clarifications. They are not published on a review page, and they are not paired with a customer quote on this website. If a supplier should not see the company name until a later round, say that in the requirement note before you submit.

Contact about this policy

Questions about the handling of a brief go through the contact form, because no separate privacy mailbox is published. The Terms of Service explain the sourcing role that this data supports.
